Edgardo Escribano owner and master stylist
My passion for hair began at the age of 14 when I discovered the art of clipper cutting as a hobby, and it has only grown from there. The ability to create beautiful styles and educate others has been a constant source of motivation for my professional growth in an industry I hold in high esteem. Being fluent in both English and Spanish allows me to connect with a diverse range of clients and fellow professionals, enriching my experiences and fostering meaningful relationships. My goal is to continue my journey of growth while sharing my knowledge and skills with as many eager professionals as possible through Pelo by Edgardo. I am profoundly humbled and forever grateful to everyone who has supported me on this path, helping me reach this incredible place in my career

After many years in the corporate world and seeing firsthand my husband’s undeniable talent, we realized that everything we do together is better. My primary roles are behind the scenes, ensuring that our business operates seamlessly, from coordinating day-to-day logistics to crafting the beloved salon cookies that have become a favorite among our clients. Most of all, I am deeply grateful for the chance to contribute to the salon’s heart and soul, leaving a lasting impact alongside our amazing team and the wonderful clients we touch daily

With nearly two decades of experience in the hair industry, Vanessa embodies the kind of expertise and insight that only come from years of dedicated practice. Since joining the Pelo by Edgardo team in 2020, she has become an integral part of our salon family, bringing not only her immense talent but also her warm and inspiring presence. Vanessa’s exceptional ability to lead, teach, listen, and create stunning hair transformations are just a few of the many qualities that make her truly remarkable. We are also proud to celebrate her incredible achievement as the Northeast Regional Educator Manager for the prestigious Oligo Brand. Dana is an exceptionally skilled stylist, renowned for her expertise in both cutting and color. With a strong background in education, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our salon. Dana is no stranger to Ridgefield—she has built deep connections within the community, and many of her loyal clients traveled with her to Westport.
