Reservations
- How would you like to be reached? We can send a text message, email or both. You choose.
Additional Service Time
- Reservations that require additional time are subjected to an extra charge at the degression of the service provider.
Cancellations & No Shows
- Your reservation is very important to us. To enable us to utilize our waiting list, we ask for a 24 hour notice to cancel all reservations. All no shows will be subjected to a service fee.
Product Return & Exchanges
- We will gladly apply the full value of any gently used hair products within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately , we cannot except returns on hair brushed and hair tools.
Payment
- We accept cash, check and all major credit cards & apple pay. All return check fees are subject to a $35 fee.
Gratuity
- For your convenience we accept gratuities on credit cards. You may also Venmo your service provider.
